Culture is the way we live together.

Culture is comprised of three major components:
1) Human actions
2) A set of meanings, beliefs, values, and practices
3) Identifies individuals as belonging to a particular group

Culture...
1) is created by humans.
2) consists of ways of doing things.
3) is public.
4) arises from tradition.
5) is made up of rule governed actions.
6) becomes established in institutions.
7) gives us our identity.
